Bárbara is a senior associate practicing in the Financing Practice Area of Uría Menéndez’s Madrid office. She joined the firm in 2000 and was based in the New York office in 2003 and 2004, rejoining the Financing Group in the Madrid office in 2005.
Bárbara’s practice focuses on debt restructuring and refinancing, acquisitions and project finance, and M&A transactions. She has participated in some of the most important project finance and debt restructuring transactions in Spain in recent years, including advising bank syndicates in the debt restructuring of leading Spanish companies.
