In 1997, we began offering our clients legal advice of the highest quality on transactions in Latin America. We established our own offices in the region and entered into association and collaboration agreements with prestigious local firms.

After over a decade in Brazil, we maintain a permanent team of Spanish lawyers in São Paulo who advise on Spanish and European Union law and provide invaluable insight into the local market. From São Paolo we advise on multijurisdictional transactions and coordinate all our activities in Latin America. We also work in conjunction with Dias Carneiro Advogados, who advise on Brazilian law.

Our extensive experience in the Brazilian market has afforded us extensive knowledge of the principal companies and public and private entities in one of the most important economies in the world today.
