Ariadna Cambronero joined the Barcelona office of Uría Menéndez in 1991 and became a partner in 2003. After seven years as head of its Litigation Department, she has been managing partner of the Barcelona office since the end of 2007.

Ariadna has extensive experience in advising on disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions, disputes between shareholders, liability of company directors and challenging corporate resolutions. Most recently, Ariadna has focused on insolvency law and debt restructuring matters.

She frequently represents both Spanish and foreign entities before the Spanish courts in all the aforementioned areas. Ariadna has also participated in international and national arbitrations.
