Ariadna Cambronero has headed the Litigation Department of the Barcelona office of Uría Menéndez since the year 2000. She joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 2003.

Ariadna has extensive experience in advising on disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions of companies, disputes between shareholders, liability of company directors and disputes arising from the discharge of agency and distribution contracts. She is often asked to advise financial entities in enforcement proceedings for the recovery of credits as well as in bankruptcy proceedings. Ariadna has also been involved in conflicts involving issues of unfair competition and industrial property law. She frequently represents both Spanish and foreign entities before the Spanish courts in all the aforementioned areas. Ariadna has also participated in international and national arbitrations as well as in the negotiation, drafting and enforcement of transactional agreements.
