Adolfo Menéndez Menéndez joined Uría Menéndez
in 2004 and has being the head of the Real Estate, Planning and
Environment Department until 2006. He is based in the Madrid
office. Actually he is integrated in the Public Law and
Litigation Departement.
Highly reputed as a regulated sectors
specialist, throughout his long career he has advised on some of
the most important cases on the field of defense
industrie,transports,infrastructures financinfg, pharmaceutical
and health industries or sports industries. He also played a
relevant role, as an espert, on the field of the Spanish and
European processus of Law creation on the beforementioned
fields.In addition, Adolfo has been a director of various
leading Spanish companies. |
Legal Teaching
Adolfo has lectured Public Law in various academic institutions (Universidad
Complutense de Madrid y Universidad rey Juan Carlos I).
He is Vice-President of the “Colegio Jurídico-Instituto
de Empresa” (since may 2004). Adolfo is also Lecturer of Professional
Conduct and Legal Advice Policy, Economical Public Law and Transports Law at
the Legal Advice Masters programme of the Instituto de Empresa (since 1986). |
