Antonio Villacampa joined Uría Menéndez in 1995. He was seconded to the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore from October 2001 until May 2002. He has worked out of the Lisbon office of Uría Menéndez since August 2002. Antonio was made partner of the firm in January 2005.

Antonio focuses his practice on corporate law, and in particular on the following areas:

• Mergers and acquisitions: Antonio advises both sellers and purchasers (Spanish, Portuguese and foreigners) on acquiring companies. He also provides advice to Spanish and Portuguese companies and to foreign companies on joint ventures and mergers.
   

• Financial and banking law: Antonio is frequently asked to advise on financing (acquisition finance, construction and development finance, etc.) and project finance transactions.
   

• Commercial law: Antonio provides general commercial and corporate law advice (on national and international commercial agreements) to Spanish and foreign companies.
