Bernardo Diniz de Ayala became a partner of Uría
Menéndez in 2008. Bernardo is the partner responsible
for Public Law Practice Group at Uría Menéndez in Portugal. He works in
several areas, including public procurement contracts, project finance,
and administrative and regulatory litigation. The
international directories Chambers & Partners, International Financial
Law Review and Legal 500 recognise Bernardo as a lawyer of reference in
the areas of public law and project finance. |
Legal Teaching
Bernardo is a professor of fundamental rights and public law at the
Universidade Católica Portuguesa, as well as a regular speaker at
conferences both in Portugal and abroad on public law subjects.
He is also a member of the respected European Group of Public Law and the
Public Contracts in Legal Globalization network.
