Coloma Armero is a partner in the Madrid office of
Uría Menéndez. She joined the firm as a partner in 1999, after
practising in the law firm Armero since 1979. In 2001,
Coloma opened and headed the firm’s own office in Lisbon. She was also
in charge of its Capital Markets and Finance Department.
Coloma focuses her practice on commercial law and, in particular, on
Mergers and Acquisitions both in Spain and abroad. She often advises on
Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions having participate in the last
years in some of the key Cross-Border mergers and Cross-Border
acquisitions involving leading Spanish and international corporations. |

Legal Teaching
From 1995 until 1997, Coloma taught on the Masters in
Legal Practice Programme at the Fundación Universitaria San Pablo-CEU in
Madrid.
Since 2005 she is a professor of Mergers and Acquisitions
at the Instituto de Empresa.She frequently participates as a speaker and
coordinator at seminars and conferences pertaining to Mergers and
Acquisitions, both in Spain and abroad.
