Eduardo Trigo is a partner of Uría Menéndez law firm
at Madrid offices and headed the Litigation Department of the Barcelona
office from 1997 to 1999. Eduardo Trigo has extensive experience as a
litigation lawyer having appeared before many courts, mostly in civil
and commercial complex cases or the ones which required a defence of
high intensity, as well as precautory measures proceedings and
international and national arbitral proceedings, having acted in very
relevant matters, and has issued legal opinions on the same for many
years.
He is regarded as a leading lawyer by the main
international legal directories, such as, Chambers & Partners and
European Legal Experts, among others.

Civil Procedural Law, Bankruptcy and insolvency Law and is the
coordinator of the Civil Procedural Law section of the institutional

Legal Teaching
In 1984, Eduardo was a lecturer in the Masters Degree in
Legal Practice at the CEU.
He has been a speaker at a number of seminars and
conferences organised by various institutions (the Association for the
Development of Management, the Company Institute, financial bodies, the
Madrid Bar Association, universities, chambers of commerce, etc.)
