Fernando Pérez de la Sota is a partner in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1995. In 1996, he became a member of the “Roll of Legal Consultants” of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

Fernando focuses his practice on commercial law, telecommunications law (in the area of construction and deployment of infrastructures) and real estate law, and has worked on some of the most significant transactions in Spain.

Fernando was named Leading Individual in Telecommunications and recommended for his transactional work by Chambers Global 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 and as a Legal Expert in Commercial and Corporate Law as well as in IT and Telecommunications Law by European Legal Experts 2003, 2004 and 2005.
