Juan Antonio Pérez Rivarés is a lawyer in the
Barcelona office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 1997 and became
a partner in 2007. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice
Group. He has extensive experience in corporate and
commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
He focuses his practice on real estate and hotel
transactions. He advises Spanish and foreign companies in the
development, financing, investment and operation of all types of real
estate properties (including business parks, office buildings, shopping
centres, mixed-used developments and industrial projects), both in Spain
and abroad. He is involved in forward purchase,
forward funding and sale and lease back transactions, as well as in all
types of hotel and leisure projects. |
Legal Teaching
Juan Antonio is a law professor at the University of
Barcelona (UB), at the International University of Catalonia (UIC) and at
the ENAE Business School.
He is a regular speaker at law seminars and conferences.
