Luis Acuña joined Uría Menéndez in 1995 and became a
partner in 2005.
Between January and July 1999, Luis was seconded to the London office of
Slaughter and May. Since June 2007, Luis has headed-up the São Paulo
office of the firm.
His principal areas of practice are M&A, financial, commercial and
banking law.
He regularly advises banks and building societies on the development of
financial instruments, such as preference shares, subordinated debt, and
convertible or exchangeable bonds. |
