Teresa is the partner responsible for the Pharmaceutical & Health Care working practice within Uría Ménendez.

Teresa joined the firm in 1992, was based in the firm’s London office in 1994 and 1995, and became a partner in 2002. Later on, from 2003 through 2005, Teresa headed the Communication, Health and IP Deparment in the Barcelona office of Uría Ménendez.

Since 1995, Teresa has focused on certain regulated sectors, having built a strong M&A, project finance and capital markets practice in these sectors.

Over the last few years, Teresa has been deeply involved in the practice of pharmaceutical law, devoting much of her time to assist clients in this sector (especially in corporate and regulatory matters).

Teresa has been recognized for her work (especially in the sectors of Life Science and New Technologies) by Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Plc Which Lawyer? Yearbook. España and IFLR 1000.
