Latin America
In 1997, URÍA MENÉNDEZ decided to provide its
clients in Latin America with high quality legal advice. We offer a
network of URÍA MENÉNDEZ offices in the main cities of five key Latin
American countries, as well as the support of prestigious local law
firms with which we have established agreements. In
Argentina, our associated firm is
Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal and in Chile Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido
& Brunner. In Mexico we work closely
with Galicia y Robles, S.C. and in Perú,
with Estudio Payet, Rey, Cauvi.
Our office in São Paulo,
Brazil, which opened in 1998, is the
hub of our Latin American network. It coordinates our work throughout
the region and advises on Spanish and EU law. Our association with
Brazilian law firm Dias Carneiro Advogados
enables us to provide comprehensive legal advice in Brazil.
