Candidates must show enthusiasm and have a clear set
of aims. They also must be able to identify, analyse and solve problems.
Academic achievements
We look for young lawyers who have an excellent
academic record. We seek to recruit lawyers from every law Faculty in
Spain who have a sound theoretical legal basis on which to start
practising.
Capacity to work in teams
The complexity of our work calls for close
collaboration between professionals of different practice areas
including representatives from foreign law firms.
Oral and written skills
Candidates should have high oral and written skills
in order to communicate fluently and efficiently.
Languages
In view of the fact that a large part of the work at URÍA MENÉNDEZ is
carried out in English, candidates must speak and write fluently in that
language. Moreover, knowledge of French, German or any other language
will be taken into account.
