First year in URÍA MENÉNDEZ

Lawyers begin their collaboration with the Firm in early September of each year. During their first month with URÍA MENÉNDEZ, they follow a two week induction course.

This General Training Course aims to assist lawyers who have just joined the Firm to practise not only by means of constant legal training but also by means of guidance in the use of Information Technology, the Library, the legal database, the internal knowledge management programmes, internal rules and professional ethics.
 

In order to provide the most suitable training conditions, young lawyers who have just joined the Firm go through two rotation periods of six months, during which they are assigned to different Departments or offices of the Firm.
