Recruitment Process


Every year, the recruitment process of our lawyers starts in the middle of March with the consideration of applications, curricula and academic results, received up to that time.

Candidates who have been shortlisted are then asked to sit written exams at the beginning of April. The exams consist of the following:

  • A Multiple Choice Test covering various areas (Civil, Commercial, Administrative, Litigation, Tax, Labour and EU law)
  • An English Test
  • A Compulsory Case Study
  • an Optional Case Study (covering Administrative, Tax, Labour, Competition Law, etc.)

Interviews are conducted in May and the recruitment process comes to an end in June. Lawyers who have been selected start their collaboration with us at the beginning of each September.

Students in their last year of study at ICADE E-3 or at the CEU San Pablo may send in their applications for half-day training periods up to and including 15th December of each year and interviews of these candidates take place in the same month.
