Diego has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law and has focused his practice on real estate transactions and, particularly, on the sale and purchase of commercial property.

• Lease contracts for commercial premises and offices.

Diego was recognised as a “Recommended Individual” for Commercial Property Law in Spain in the 2004-2005 edition of the Commercial Property Handbook of Global Counsel and in the 2005 edition of Global Counsel 3000.
