Ignacio Albiñana is a partner in the Real Estate,
Urban Planning and Environmental Department in Barcelona office of Uría
Menéndez. He joined the firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1993.
Ignacio focuses his practice on Real Estate & Construction, M&A and
Banking and Finance. He has worked in some of the most significant
acquisition and real estate transactions in Spain.
Ignacio’s name appears in the Legal Media Group’s 2003 Guide to the
World’s Leading Real Estate Lawyers. He was regarded as Highly
Recommended for Commercial Property in Spain in the 2004-2005 edition of
the Commercial Property Handbook of Global Counsel; his name also
