Gabriel joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner of the firm in 2004.
Gabriel worked in the London office between 1995 and 1997, in the Bilbao
office in 2002 and in the Madrid office between 2002 and 2005. He has
extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, banking and
capital markets.
His experience in Securities Law includes the following:
- Takeovers.
- Public offerings and stock market flotations.
- Pan-European share offerings.
- Block Trades.
- Share issues by listed companies.
- Stock options.
- The issue of warrants, structured bonds and other unconventional
securities.
- The issue of preferred stock, both in Spain and overseas.
- The development of issue programmes of Medium Term Notes.
- Securitisation transactions.
His experience in financing includes the following:
- Project Finance.
- Acquisition Finance.
- Construction and Development Finance.

Legal Teaching
Gabriel Núñez is a lecturer on the postgraduate master’s
degree programme on capital markets at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas
de Madrid, on the postgraduate master’s degree programme on business law at
the Fundación Carolina and on the master’s degree programme on public
offerings at the ICAM (Madrid Bar Association).
