Juan Luis Iglesias is a partner in the Madrid office
of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 1981 and became a partner in
1982. He focuses his practice on various areas of commercial law (contracts,
securities, etc.) and particularly on company law. Over the last few
years Juan Luis has advised on major mergers in Spain.
He combines his professional practice with legal teaching. He is a
Chaired professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and is the
partner in charge of the edition of the firm’s legal update magazine,
Actualidad Jurídica Uría Menéndez. |
