Sebastián Sáenz de Santa María is a lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez. He started his professional practice in Bufete Armero in 1995, joined Uría Menéndez in 1999 and became a partner in January 2007. From January to July 2004, Sebastián participated in an exchange programme, temporarily joining the U.S firm Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in its New York office as an International Associate in their Latin America Practice.

Sebastián focuses his practice on banking, project finance and M&A. He has worked on some of the most representative project finance transactions in Spain.
