Basic Law 3/2018 demonstrates a commitment to the development of the data protection regulations laid down in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and introduces new digital rights.

2. URGENT MEASURES IN SOCIAL SECURITY, LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT MATTERS

Royal Decree-Law 28/2018, of 28 December, introduces numerous developments in social security, labour and employment matters.

3. URGENT MEASURES TO BOOST THE COMPETITIVENESS OF SPAIN’S INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SECTORS

Royal Decree-Law 20/2018, of 7 December, comprises a set of measures aimed at guaranteeing the competitiveness of the industrial sector in its transformation towards a sustainable model for energy and production.

4. MINIMUM WAGE 2019

Royal Decree 1462/2018, of 21 December, raises the minimum wage by 22.3% for 2019.

5. IMPORTANCE OF ICT-USAGE POLICIES IN COMPANIES
