Alex Bircham is an English lawyer who joined Uría Menéndez in September 2016 as a Foreign Legal Consultant.

He specialises in international M&A, financial transactions and capital markets.

From 2012 to 2015 Alex worked in the corporate and M&A department of the London office of US law firm White & Case, and between 2010 and 2012 he was an in-house lawyer for Save the Children and played a fundamental role in its reorganisation.

Alex begun his career in 2006 at Slaughter and May (Uría Menéndez’s best friend firm in the UK) where he specialised in public and private M&A and company law.
