Sara joined the firm in 2011 and was made a senior associate in 2018.

She has over six years of experience advising on the design and execution of structures for cross border investment and divestment, especially in Latin America.

Sara has also been involved in the tax planning of high-net-worth individuals and has advised clients in tax proceedings and appeals before the tax authorities and in court.

She regularly advises clients from diverse sectors, including the agriculture and hotels sectors. She also has extensive experience advising on tax matters related to the Spanish REITS known as SOCIMIS.
