Sergio del Bosque is a lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 1997 and became a counsel in January 2009.
His practice focuses on civil litigation and corporate law. He has wide experience in advising on the liability of company directors, on disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions and from the termination of distribution and agency agreements. In this regard, he has been asked to advise financial entities in enforcement proceedings of in rem and personal guarantees for the recovery of credits. He has also advised big shopping centres in relation to their lease agreements of premises.
In relation to all the aforementioned areas, he frequently represents both Spanish and foreign entities before the Spanish courts and has also participated in national and international arbitrations.
