Carlos is a lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 2004 as a lawyer in the Corporate Practice Area.
Carlos was seconded to the London office of Slaughter and May for six months in September 2010.
He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Carlos has taken part in numerous M&A transactions involving financial and industrial companies, and regularly advises listed companies, financial entities and other clients on a wide range of corporate matters, such as corporate governance and contracting.
