Juan Espinosa Baviera is a managing associate in the Valencia office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 2003, after having worked in an international law firm. After spending a year in Uría’s Madrid office, Juan is currently located in the firm’s Valencia office. In September 2007 Juan was seconded for six months to De Brauw, Blackstone & Westbroek’s Amsterdam office, where he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Juan’s main practice areas are public law and urban planning. He has extensive experience in different fields of public law (expropriations, sanctioning proceedings, public infrastructures, public procurement contracts, etc.) including administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings.
