Jorge Gorostegui is a lawyer in the Labour Practice Area of the Bilbao office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 2002.
He advises national and international clients on matters relating to employment contracts in general and special regulations applicable to the likes of senior executives and professional sports players. He negotiates and advises on collective bargaining agreements, collective dismissals and disputes, and participates in due diligence work.
He has extensive experience in reaching out-of-court settlements and representing clients in labour proceedings before the authorities and the courts.
