Alberto Gil Soriano joined Uría Menéndez in 2012 and he is Senior associate of the firm in our Barcelona office since 2019. Alberto worked in our London office during 2018.

Alberto has experience advising resident and non-resident entities in general tax law, anti-money laundering and terrorist financing matters, and issues related to cryptoassets.

He has expertise in tax planning for high net worth individuals, in tax litigation (before tax authorities and courts of justice) and in local taxes. In addition, he has a broad experience in tax regularisations.
