Uría Menéndez provides specialist advice on sports law, including the associated commercial, tax, labour and administrative aspects of sporting activities. We offer general advice to clubs, sports companies, federations, leagues and sportsmen and women, as well as legal representation before the ordinary courts and courts of arbitration: the Spanish Court of Arbitration for Sport and the international Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). We also advise sponsors, organisers of sporting events, and the holders and users of rights related to sporting events.
