David Fernández de Retana is a lawyer in Uría Menéndez’s Bilbao office. He joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2014.
His professional practice is primarily focused on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.
He regularly advises several leading companies and public entities in the Basque Country and the surrounding areas on general legal issues, and particularly those pertaining to real estate, contract and tort law. His other specialist areas are health law and insurance.
