David López Pombo is a lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2017.
David’s professional practice is focused on corporate taxation, international tax matters and the taxation of the issuance of equity and debt instruments. He has extensive experience in the tax planning of company restructurings and business combinations, both domestic and international.
He frequently advises on tax litigation, including tax investigations and tax disputes.
