Duarte Garin joined Uría Menéndez as a partner in 2001. During that year, Uría Menéndez became the first foreign law firm to be authorised by the Lisbon Bar Association to open an office and offer legal services in Portugal.
He focuses his practice on real estate law and has worked on some of the most significant acquisitions and real estate transactions in Portugal.
