The Official Journal of the European Union has published the new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services.
Today, 14 January 2019, Title I of Royal Decree-law 23/2018 of 21 December implementing Directive (EU) 2015/2436 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2015 to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trademarks into the Spanish legal framework and amending Law 17/2001 of 7 December on Trademarks, comes into force.
