介绍
Ángela is based in Uría Menéndez’s Barcelona office and was appointed senior associate in 2017. She joined the firm in 2008.
Ángela advises companies on their general labour matters and on the labour aspects of acquisitions and mergers and transfers of undertakings. She also advises on the preparation and termination of employment contracts, senior executive contracts and director service agreements.
She has extensive experience in collective redundancies and negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
Ángela regularly prepares legal reports on labour and social security matters and also specialises on labour audit procedures and due diligence reports.
Ángela also focuses her practice on advising and defending clients on labour disputes and proceedings, both in and out of court.
