Darya joined the firm in 2011.
She specializes in European tax law and tax aspects of international trade. Darya advises in matters related to customs procedures, rules of origin, customs value of the goods, Value Added Tax and excise duties. She has been a stagiaire in the European Court of Justice, participating in cases related to VAT and customs law.
Darya defends her clients vis-à-vis tax and customs authorities in audits, collection procedures and settlements. She frequently participates in tax disputes before the administrative bodies and courts of justice.
Her practice also covers certain aspects of wealth management.
