Iván Abad joined Uría Menéndez in 2012 and he is Senior Associate of the firm since 2019.
His expertise is focused on the real estate sector, advising on transactions such as asset deals (hotels, residential or office properties, commercial and logistic centres, etc.) or M&A transactions involving companies with a real estate component.
He also participates frequently in the incorporation of joint ventures for real estate developments, sale and purchase of loan portfolios and lease, construction and commercialization agreements.
