介绍
Javier joined Uría Menéndez in 2011 and he is Senior associate of the firm in our Barcelona office since 2019. Javier worked in our London office during 2017.
Javier has wide experience advising domestic and foreign companies on tax matters such as their ordinary day-to-day tax advisory, corporate restructuring and refinancing transactions, tax audits and litigating against the Spanish tax authorities.
He intervenes with frequency in matters concerning inheritance planning and, in general, taxation of high net worth individuals, either in the defense of their interests before the Spanish tax authorities and courts of justice, or in the analysis and improvement of their tax situation. In addition, he has a broad experience in tax regularisations.
