Miguel Cremades joined Uría Menéndez as counsel in February 2006. He heads the tax section of the German Desk. Miguel is a state tax inspector (currently on leave of absence) and was previously the General Sub-director of the Inspection Department of the Spanish Tax Agency.
Miguel’s practice focuses on corporate and international tax and he regularly provides tax advice on restructurings, acquisitions, finance structures and financial products. Miguel also has extensive experience advising on tax proceedings.
