António Castro Caldas is a lawyer in the Tax Practice Area of the Lisbon office of Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho. He joined Uría Menéndez in 2007.
He focuses his practice on tax law and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, financial products, capital markets, real estate transactions and project financing.
