Rita Vieira Marques is an associate in the Litigation Departament of Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho’s office in Lisbon. She joined the firm in 2011.
Rita currently focuses her practice in commercial, corporate and civil litigation, restructuring and insolvency, providing advise either in the pre-litigation stage, either at the litigation stage of many disputes. She advises and represents both national and foreign clients in the financial and banking sectors, renewable energy, metal mechanics and oil.
She also advises and represents Portuguese companies and their respective Board Members in administrative and judicial proceedings regarding serious administrative offences before Regulatory Entities of the banking, insurance and securities area.
