Alex Bircham is an International Partner in the madrid office Corporate team. He is a dual-qualified English and Spanish lawyer, and has more than 15 years’ experience advising corporates and investment and private equity funds on complex cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions.
Within Uría Menéndez, Alex is part of the international M&A practice and leads the English law team, which advises our clients on transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and Spanish transactions with an English law element.
Before joining Uría Menéndez in September 2016, Alex worked at other top international firms, including Slaughter and May, Uría’s Best Friend firm in the UK.
