The 25 years we have spent building on the trust placed in us by our Latin American clients have earned us the recognition of the market.

UM-PPU in figures

In 2015, our efforts bore fruit: PPU (Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría) was born. The result of the merger of three leading law firms in Chile, Colombia and Peru, PPU aims to provide clients with all the resources of a major firm: more than 400 lawyers working to the most rigorous standards to meet the demand for legal advice that understands the economic realities in the Pacific Alliance countries and to respond to the growing interests of European, North American and Asian companies in the Latin American region.

This strategic combination of resources, in-depth knowledge of the market and regulatory framework, and the technical excellence of our team make PPU one of the leading multijurisdictional Latin American law firms.

In addition to PPU’s network, we have extensive experience in other key jurisdictions in the region, such as Mexico, Brazil, Cuba, Venezuela and Argentina.
