Yushi joined Uría Menéndez in 2012 and is appointed Counsel of the Firm in 2023.
He has over 10 years of experience advising domestic and foreign companies, particularly Chinese companies, on investment and financing projects in Spain, Latin America and China.
Yushi focuses on M&A, banking and financing as well as on general corporate matters.
He was seconded to Uría Menéndez’s Beijing office between September 2017 and March 2020. During this time, Chambers Global named him as a Spanish expert in Corporate M&A based in China.
