Uría Menéndez awarded in the first edition of the Expansión Legal Awards

Uría Menéndez received the award as best law firm in Corporate and M&A and as legal adviser in the deal of the year for the merger of the European bottlers of Coca-Cola.

Last night Uría Menéndez received two of the ten awards in the First Edition of the Expansión Legal Awards; one best results of the evening. The firm was awarded as the Best Firm in Corporate and M&A and, as legal adviser of Coca-Cola Iberian Partners, in the deal of the year for the merger of the European bottlers.

The awards, organised by Expansión with the technical advice of the IE Law School, were held in the Teatro Real, with a well-attended ceremony.

The jury, composed of prestigious jurists and recognised experts from the legal sector, praised both the trajectory of the nominated firms during 2015 and the complex deals carried out by each of them.
