In its 2017 edition, Best Lawyers in Spain has selected 124 lawyers from Uría Menéndez in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia.

In its 2017 edition, Best Lawyers in Spain has selected 124 lawyers from Uría Menéndez in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia. The directory has recognised 11 of them as lawyers of the year in their respective areas of practice. Similarly, Uría Menéndez has been selected as Firm of the Year in Banking and Finance, and Litigation.

Best Lawyers in Portugal has selected 24 lawyers from Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho and Duarte Garin was recognised as Lawyer of the Year in Real Estate. In addition, the firm was recognised as Firm of the Year in Portugal in Arbitration and Mediation, and Employment Law.
