In its 2019 edition, Best Lawyers in Spain has highlighted 138 lawyers of Uría Menéndez from its Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia offices. The directory has recognized 13 of them as lawyers of the year in their respective areas of practice. Similarly, Uría Menéndez has been selected as Firm of the Year in Spain in Environment and Insolvency.

Best Lawyers in Portugal has selected 25 lawyers from Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho and Duarte Garin has been recognized as lawyer of the year in Real Estate. Furthermore the firm has been recognized as Firm of the Year in Portugal in Arbitration and Real Estate.
