Uría Menéndez and De Brauw receive the "Noteworthy Spanish restructuring matter 2019 GRR award"
June 18, 2019Uría Menéndez received the award as a result of the judgment of Commercial Court 2 of Madrid dated 14 January 2019, which upheld the terms of the homologation of Isolux and, in particular, the provisions establishing that the contingent creditors were subject to the homologation along with the remaining creditors, as argued by the firm, which advised Isolux.
