Once again, Uría Menéndez, along with its “Best Friends” BonelliErede, Bredin Prat, De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, Hengeler Mueller and Slaughter and May has begun 2022 as the leader in the European ranking of mergers and acquisitions by value.
